Phatillac bolt-on bagger kit from Old Skool Cycle Werks features 18″ functional bags — what you see on the outside is the storage you get on the inside of OSCW’s bags. Each bag has 1.5 cu ft of storage. This bagger kit is available with side-opening lids and top-opening lids.
